After graduating from the Economics Department at Boğaziçi University, Zeynep Akgiray spent over twenty years in corporate life, holding senior executive positions in various companies. In 2016, she transitioned to offering consultancy services to organizations. During this time, she discovered "Mindfulness" and decided to specialize in conscious awareness with the aim of sharing her knowledge and experiences to guide others on their journeys.

She first completed the "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program" teacher training and then focused on practices, training, and retreats in mindfulness and mindfulness meditation.
