After graduating from Bahçeşehir University Department of Economics in 2008, I continued my career in Advertising and Marketing for over ten years. When I combined my character and experiences during this process, I fully understood the importance of many characteristics such as awareness, effective communication, listening, calmness and kindness and realized that they were actually my strongest aspects. After becoming a mother and creating my own tiny family, I stepped into the world of ‘Mindfulness’ to develop my strong aspects and internalized it by experiencing it first in my own family. After seeing the contributions of ‘Mindfulness’ practice to the quality of life, I decided to develop myself in this regard and attended trainings in order to be of benefit to other children. My primary goal right now is to transfer the trainings I received and the experiences I gained to children through games, stories and exercises; to make their lives and their families’ lives easier.
