After teaching as a primary teacher for over twenty-five years both in the UK and abroad, I am now residing in Turkey. I have travelled extensively throughout my life and love meeting people from different cultures. My favourite hobby is being creative through ceramics. I have also completed many mindful courses which I have used with both adults and children. Through both the use of mindfulness practices and stories I believe that both adults and children can develop a balanced life.
